I¡¦m extending into the grasses. I¡¦m becoming part of them. I can feel them beside my arms, closing tightly, holding tightly. I¡¦m feeling the grasses, the green and fresh grasses. They¡¦re whispering to me, speaking to me, muttering with the wind and the clouds. Grasses and sensation go along together, and walk with me.

I expect it to rain in any moment. But the sun is hanging high above in the sky, shining brilliantly its light. Its force pushes down on my numb body. Its intensity is burning me, but the rain hiding underground fights with it. These two forces fight within my body, and who knows which one wins.
Gu-*@C:^&
yB&+2
The rain I¡¦m expecting has not yet come. But something is flowing within my heart, falling in my heart, sinking, yet struggling at the same time. I turn away from the gold in the sea and look down to the greens. The earth that brings me alive now is trying to absorb me back, to my origin, to my place.
F j_r n
asDq(J`sQ
Not yet, not yet, I whispered, as my hand reaches out and begins pulling the greens away, one by one. I will not return. Not until the rain has all fallen, when I can turn back to the heart of gold.

On Monday, I picked out the red marker and sketched a red, red rose. I ignored the thorns and leaves that would have ruined the loving sensation. The flower bloomed before my eyes. I could see no bleeding heart.

On Tuesday, I picked out the yellow marker and drew the sun with its blazing shines. I drown my soul in that brilliance, wishing it to rest there forever. It returned to me nonetheless, though bringing back a little radiance it captured from the light.

On Wednesday, I picked out the green marker and dabbed the paper into grassland. I could not help seeing the little demon that hid behind the strokes, so green like emeralds yet so green like limes.

On Thursday, I picked out the blue marker and twirled it until swirling lines covered the whites. They reflected no light, all grayness and nothing else. Deep beneath the ocean, I saw a dead whale floating to nowhere, its soul gone.

On Friday, I shut the box tight. The colors within were shielded away from the outside winds. I shall not open it, not until a brand new day starts again with the purest color of shimmering white.

I picked up the fruit knife, holding onto its wooden handle. It glimmered under the leaking sunlight. Readied, up, and pressed. The sharp edge cut through the heart of green. It bled in its color of jade, of purest green. I dived into the kiwi, drowning myself in the sensual sourness and mental bitterness. In the midst of greens, I was melted down to nothing but a soul. A weary soul, weeping, with the bittersweet sourness blooming within.

Your Nutty Family
=;DmD?nZ
,i>u>YNZ
Nuts are important nourishments we need in our daily lives. Nuts can provide you proteins that are necessary for your body to function. There are three different types of nuts. One type of nuts includes the ones we humans steal away from our little squirrel friends. Another type of nuts includes the ones our children use as weapons against fragile little animal enemies, or each other. The last type, which is what I am going to talk about today, is the type that can neither be eaten nor be thrown. These nuts are driven, like cars. They come from the slang, ¡§Drive me nuts.¡¨ These nuts are less important than the other types, yet so common in our lives that we can never ignore them. Here are some examples of matters that can drive these nuts out of you: Your mom, your elder brother, and your little sister.
L3:dANG
B6)d2O9C
A typical mother¡¦s truthful job is to nag, nag, and nag. If you happened to be one of the lucky teenagers, you don¡¦t see your mom when you get out of school. At times like these, most people would rather grab on to their freedom than to actually sit down and do work. This action, however, may lead to terrible nights with naggings during dinners, naggings during showers, and naggings during night show times, until you tell your mom that you have finished your homework. Of course, the reality of that is unknown. If you are unfortunate enough to see your mom right after you get home everyday, then the naggings will usually continue throughout the entire day, even if you are doing homework. These naggings can go further beyond school into you yourself and your environment. To make it clearer, it is likely for the mother to blab about your behaviors, your clothing, your moralities, your future, your bedroom, your friends, your backpack, and so on. Parental naggings are common drivers of nuts.
=}N&c4I[j
[+0rlmB
If you happened to be born after your parents¡¦ son, then your identity would eternally remain as a younger sibling. And you know what people do to their younger siblings. Throughout your childhood, you might receive a unique nickname: punching bag. When brothers get into fights, you will usually find the younger one getting beat up mercilessly by the elder one. Elder siblings have the physical advantage; they also own advantage when it comes to arguing. They are not only bigger in sizes. They have more knowledge. Or so it seems. If one ever gets into fights with the elder sister, one sentence from that female dictator may be able to shut everything up. Elder sisters have the tendency to act like know-it-alls, bringing up the things they learned in the few extra years they had, and make you believe in what they are saying. This is a reason to why elder siblings have so much influence on their younger siblings. Of course, though the advantages they have are often useful, they can also be annoying and nuts driving.
32!jF}qpD
RAMkTS
But don¡¦t conclude that younger siblings are less annoying. If you happened to have an infant brother, one little droplet of his tears can drive you nuts. And when he actually starts wailing, like what babies always do, that¡¦s when all the comedies and tragedies come into a combination. The comedy is the hilarious look upon your baby brother¡¦s little wrinkled face. The tragedy is the non-stopping cries that build up your urge to pinch his pinkish face into a more intense color. Aside from the howls of a baby brother, the whines of a little sister can also build a deadly frustration. The sharp screaming sounds of little girls can be exceedingly infuriating to older kids, especially when they are cramming their assignments out at the very last minute. That is when the head smacking begins. Little girls have the tendency to pester their elder siblings to play with them. Unfortunately, as you grow older, you will find time too precious to be wasted on a little game with your little sister. Nuts, therefore, are driven from her crazy, high-pitched complains that often attract the concerning parents, who usually scold the elder ones, which makes things even crazier.
@y%4BU&>0
Q!DH8'|4?L
As you might have realized, your family can be absolutely nutty when the time comes. Your parents¡¦ nags and attention can drive you nuts. Your elder siblings¡¦ unfair advantages can drive you nuts. Your younger siblings¡¦ pestering cries and whines can drive you nuts. But to think about it, your parents¡¦ nags were originally meant to be good advices. Your elder siblings¡¦ advantages are simply teaching you the importance of experiences in life. And lastly, your young siblings¡¦ wails are just some techniques they involuntarily use to attract care and consideration. So next time, when one of your nutty family members begins to cross your borderline of irritation, think about their motives and simply move that strictly protected line backward, a little bit.
